Programme Deployment

  1. REGISTRATION

    The project scope, deliverables and specifications are defined prior to programme deployment. The registration form with the agreed scope and Terms & Conditions is signed and submitted by a representative of the client organisation.

  2. HPTW TEAM

    Training (optional) Our Consultants will work with the client team to provide a thorough understanding of the programme and take the team through the process of creating a Healthy Place Development Plan before programme deployment. The in-house team will be able to interpret the results of the survey and work on the company’s Transformation Plan

  3. SURVEY PLANNING

    Our Programme Manager will arrange a kick-off call to discuss the Project scope and confirm all of the agreed deliverables and to confirm key tasks and dates.

  4. SURVEY ADMINISTRATION

    Once the survey has been launched, we will monitor and track the response rates and provide regular updates to our client. All surveys usually stay open for 10 working days following launch.

  5. RESULTS DELIVERY

    Depending on the type of presentation which has been purchased, it will either be delivered over the phone, virtually or face-to-face.

  6. DEVELOPMENT PLAN

    Organisations describe the vision they have for their employee health and wellbeing, and how they will integrate health into their strategy, goals, systems and processes.

  7. ADDITIONAL SUPPORT

    Clients may wish to explore more HPTW services such as Additional reporting, Additional presentations, Focus group sessions, Consulting days, or Action planning workshops.

  8. NEXT SURVEY

    To measure the impact of the Healthy Place Development plan actions, the subsequent survey shows how much the dial has moved in comparison to before the plan was initiated.
